4 Loop Newsletter Header with IN logo
Hello Indiana!
It's July and that means it's a new term for the IIDA Indiana Chapter Board. Thank you to the outgoing 2019-2020 board. They have worked hard during their time on the board and have brought many great ideas to our chapter.

I'm excited to be sharing with you our board roster for the 2020-2021 term. We are ready to support our members and our community as we navigate these unprecedented times together. We are committed to ensuring that this term will be a success.

I look forward to working with all of them to continue the growth and development of our chapter and our members.

Welcome Adrienne Searcy!

4L. What encouraged you to join the IIDA Board?

AS. I was involved in IIDA Mid-Atlantic for the last 5 years, and it was such a rewarding experience. Getting involved at the city center or board level is a great way to grow and shape the profession.

4L. What advice do you have for students/young designers?

AS. Ask as many questions as you can about everything. I still ask a ton of questions every day. Never stop learning.

4L. What makes you passionate about design?

I love that Interior Design activates both my left and my right brain. I get to solve problems every day in a very creative way.

4L. Why is design special in Indiana?

AS. I'm new to interior design in Indiana, but I've quickly noticed that the design community here is very welcoming and very passionate about what we do. I look forward to being involved with such a great group of people.
