In February and March of 1973, 591 prisoners of war returned home, many of them having been held captive in Vietnam for years, through an effort called Operation Homecoming.

This year, we are proud to honor the 50th anniversary of that special moment in U.S. history with a limited-edition Challenge Coin.
Dedicate a Commemorative Plaque
Commemorate someone special in your life and help us spread the message, 'You are not Forgotten.'

Sponsor a plaque dedicated to an individual, group, ship, squadron, command, battle, or event within the Sea Services that will become part of a permanent exhibit seen by thousands each year across the country.
Recognize a Veteran Dedicate a Theatre Chair in Their Name
You can sponsor a plaque that will be affixed to the arm of a chair in the Arleigh and Roberta Burke Theatre.

Enjoyed by many throughout the year, the Burke Theatre accommodates wide-ranging events, from emotional and memorable military ceremonies to corporate meetings and the latest Hollywood premiere.

Theatre chair sponsors will also receive a commemorative coin with the row and seat number engraved on the back.

The front features the iconic Lone Sailor statue and seabag, a recessed metal edge, and a gold metal rim.
