Junipero Serra High School Newsletter
Junipero Serra High School believes that students of all faiths and backgrounds deserve an academically challenging, spiritually enriching Catholic college preparatory education that forms them to become generous, responsible citizens and leaders

September 18, 1951
was the first day of Classes at Serra High School. That first year there were 3 classes of freshmen and one sophomore class. We have begun our 70th year.

Lots of students and parents spent time clearing cabbages from the fields.

Serra was formally dedicated by the Archdiocese on December 9, 1951.
