Honoring Four Decades of Homeless Services

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of LUM Homeless Services, LUM has launched the "40-for-40" Campaign with a goal of raising $40,000—$1,000 for each year of service. These funds will directly support the LUM Emergency Shelter and Winter Warming Station.

Be part of the excitement at the LUM Turkey Trot 5K Run on Thursday, November 28, starting at 8:30 a.m. at Connection Point Church in West Lafayette, IN. This is a wonderful opportunity to start a new family tradition—bring your festive hats or costumes and join us for the most spirited 5K of the year. Registration is currently open, with fees of $35 for adults and $10 for youth. Enjoy a t-shirt, refreshments, prizes, and professional chip timing.

You are invited to the 38th Annual LUM Community Thanksgiving Feast. Volunteers are essential, and donations of food, supplies, or financial contributions are greatly appreciated. Discover how you can make a difference at LUMserve.org/thanksgiving.


On Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 28), LUM will offer a free, traditional meal featuring turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, yams, and pie. Guests are welcome to dine in or take a meal to go and join us in celebrating the spirit of community and gratitude. All are welcome.
