44North Service Operations Update in Response to Coronavirus
We appreciate the trust you have in 44North to continue to provide excellent service to your team amid the challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak. Like you, we are closely monitoring the developments and adjusting to protect the health and well-being of our team and clients. Rest assured we have strong business continuity plans, taking care of our team members with adjusted work schedules, work from home opportunities, and increased awareness of their physical and mental health benefits during this unpredictable time.

In addition, to prevent the spread of the virus and protect the communities in which we do business, in-person client meetings have been suspended, and our offices are closed to walk-in traffic. Our team will arrange teleconferencing alternatives to meetings, and all office locations will have information posted on how to contact us by phone.

Service by email and phone are not impacted as our service team is fully operational, including our 24/7 emergency service. There is also no change to the speed and schedule for processing and payment of our HRA claims administration services. 44North will keep clients and members updated should service levels change.
