What's Happening?

Intermittent daytime pile driving will occur alongside northbound I-495 between Lewinsville Road bridge and the end of the Scotts Run Road cul-de-sac beginning on or about Monday, May 12 and continuing through mid-June. 

Pile driving will occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours and is necessary to construct retaining walls. 

What to Expect:

When work is active, neighbors will hear hammer strikes every few seconds.

The 495 NEXT project team appreciates the community’s understanding as this impactful work progresses.

Pile driving will occur in the red-enclosed area.
