A Speed Switch for Your Belt Conveyors & Bucket Elevators

Target dangerous belt slip – with the M800 Elite Speed Switch. The key is our advanced electronics and inductive sensing device, which sit within the encapsulated body. Fully enclosed so it’s protected from harsh grain industry conditions, and utilizing two voltage free relay contacts, the M800 detects, warns, and protects equipment from:

  • Belt Slip
  • Belt Underspeed
  • Stop Motion
  • Low Speed
  • Zero Speed

Choose from the most popular M8001V10C (10% alarm, 20% shutdown) or optional M8002V10C (5% alarm, 10% shutdown), both easy to calibrate and programmable for a startup delay up to 15 seconds – while at the same time calibrating for normal running speed.

Maximize uptime and minimize downtime on your bucket elevators, conveyors, airlocks, mixers, fans, grinders and other rotating machines with the M800 Elite Speed Switch.

4B Drives $12M Bin Trifecta in Nebraska

Technology figured significantly into construction of Country Partners Coop’s three most recent bin builds, and 4B Components was at the center. The coop chose 4B bearing and motion sensors along with 4B level and plug switches for their new state-of-the-art 748,000-bushel tanks at locations in North Loup and Farnum, Nebraska.

Scott Hillius, vice president of grain operations, told Grain Journal the new bins were built for increased efficiency and faster dumping. That made 4B Components Limited products a natural fit for maximum uptime, with the high-tech bin sensors’ precision monitoring of level and plug situations and the motion sensors accurately and safely detecting movement, even with lots of dust or material buildup.
