Holiday Heroes

The holidays are a time of great reflection for the family at 4B USA. We are so grateful to have completed another year, in the best industry in the world, with so many friends we've made along the way. Thank you for all of the business you've trusted us with.

This year, we all continued to learn and challenge our resources through shortages in staffing, components and hours in the day. With each closed door, we created new paths forward for solutions that made us all better. Innovations that, without challenge, may have ceased to exist.

As a leader, I am extremely proud of the 4B Team. These individuals, driven by voice of customer and inspired to deliver quality products, continue to exceed my expectations. We look forward to sharing 2023 with you and introducing a few new tools in our tool belt.

Employee Spotlight

Amy Campbell is a member of the electronic inside sales team and is no stranger to the safety 4B offers the industry. The 25-year veteran of the company has been involved in administrative, sales and marketing roles throughout her tenure. Today, Amy represents the 4B team at trade shows and executes the day-to-day sales of the company’s electronic components in the U.S and Canada.

“I started with 4B in 1996 as an administrative assistant and moved into a marketing role in 2000 and, eventually, that merged into sales and marketing,” Amy says. “When I returned from maternity leave, it worked out well for me to just focus on sales and that is where I have been since.”

Being involved in different facets throughout the company, Amy is able to provide an exceptional level of service for the accounts she manages.

“After 25-years, a lot of our customers are the same and because I’ve had experience in so many different departments, I know what information they need and can answer their questions,” she says.
