This individual challenge requires you to complete different financial habits over the course of six (6) weeks to help you develop habits that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
WELLNESS TIP: 24 HOUR RULE
Practicing good saving techniques will set you up for long-term financial well-being. It can be difficult to get started but know that whatever amount you decide to put away to save is a great start! A few helpful places to begin saving include creating a budget, setting up automatic savings from account to account, planning your groceries and meals and the 24-hour rule.
 
The 24-hour rule gives you an opportunity to pause and reflect on your purchase. If in 24 hours you would like to move forward with it, then go ahead. If your mind changes, count it as a win! To learn more about this method, click here!
PARTICIPATE
  • The habits can be completed in any order
  • Click each icon within the Challenge Dashboard to view the habit details
  • Once you complete a habit in its entirety, click Complete
  • Once all six (6) weeks of habits are complete, you will receive credit for completing the challenge

Please Note: Final habits must be logged by 11:59pm EST on 9/5 in order to qualify for the challenge.

Once all six (6) weeks of habits are complete, you will automatically receive credit for completing one (1) wellness activity!

To participate in the challenge from your smartphone, simply log into the Wellworks For You App and select Challenges>Financial Wellness Challenge.
