We are transforming lives and creating genuine opportunities at The Worth Center through the Vehicles for Change Virtual Reality (VFC-VR) training program. This innovative approach moves beyond basic training, delivering workforce-ready expertise and industry-standard certifications that position residents as valuable, contributing members of their communities.

The VFC-VR program uses immersive, hands-on technology to prepare participants for meaningful automotive repair careers. Our first cohort has delivered immediate, powerful results, with 100% (3 out of 3 students) achieving the entry-level ASE certification for Maintenance and Light Repair (MLR), and 2 out of 3 students also earning their critical brakes certification.

This success confirms the effectiveness of the VR learning model. It's 4x faster than traditional training and builds both technical proficiency and renewed confidence in every participant. We are proud to turn residents into job candidates equipped with in-demand credentials in areas like tire change and brake service.

In recognition of this early, proven success, we're excited to announce the expansion of the VFC-VR program. We've secured an additional three headsets, bringing our total capacity to six headsets/licenses to dramatically increase the number of lives we can positively impact at once.

Our vision is to ensure everyone, regardless of past circumstances, has access to a future in the automotive industry. The success of this program is a powerful engine for reducing recidivism and promoting economic independence, ensuring our residents are positioned to contribute positively to the local workforce upon release.
