National Nurses Day is celebrated annually on May 6th to raise awareness of the important role nurses play in society. It marks the beginning of National Nurses Week, which ends on May 12th , the birthday of Florence Nightingale.

Now, more than ever, we should be thanking all of our healthcare workers for everything they do to keep us healthy, safe and happy when we need them most.

T hank you to all of the nurses out there. You are appreciated.
Check out this incredible collaborative display of gratitude that Sarasota Magazine, Raw Sugar Living, and the Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County have commissioned from local artist Karen Chandler. This amazing mural honors the bravery of our local healthcare professionals.
Phase I - Reopening the Country

May the 4th be with you.
This week we saw a ton of memes for the ever fun date of May 4th. The "May the 4th be with you" jokes aren't new but this year they had a much larger meaning as many states re-opened businesses on May 4th.

Glowing Dolphins - What???
Now this is a sight to see. Oh how we wish we could have been on that boat to see it live! Coyne filmed an amazing interaction with a pod of dolphins lit up in blue.
