4th Grade Graduation

Each guest must RSVP by Tuesday, May 19 by 3PM.
All guests must have a volunteer badge or a driver’s license to check in (no exceptions)

Graduation Attire:
It is a celebration! Let’s dress up!
Examples: dresses, skirts, slacks, khaki pants, collared shirts
Who attends Graduation?
This special event is for parents. Grandparents and guests are welcome to attend, however parents have priority seating. No current Bradfield siblings, please.
Seating:
Parents have priority seating in the front. Kindly please have grandparents, extended family, and friends sit behind the parent section.
The following parents will have reserved seats:
- Auction Winners (Bowman & Vittow)
- Family Giving Donors (Aboussie, Iliff, Labanowski, Miller, and Ryan)
- 4th Grade Chairs (Baird, Evans, Francis, Riter, and Somerville)
No backpacks or water bottles for the last day.
Students MUST submit a permission form to leave early after Clap Out and to attend the pool party.
EARLY DISMISSAL AND POOL PARTY PERMISSION
In years past, parents have enjoyed purchasing large cut outs of their child’s face to hold up during the clap out or to decorate cars. This is completely optional! Please note, it does require some lead time! If you are interested, we recommend ordering in early May. There are several options out there, but we know parents have used this site in the past: FatHeads

8:00-8:30 AM: 4th Grade Breakfast & Awards (students only)
Location: Cafeteria
- Students will enjoy breakfast.
- Two awards will be announced - the Jim Kennedy Award and the Bronco Citizen Award.
- Parents of award recipients & 4th Grade Chairs will attend the breakfast.
- After breakfast, students will enjoy the 4th grade slideshow on their own and go back to their classrooms.
8:35-8:50 AM: Parents & guests arrive
Location: Bradfield main entrance. We will have a check-in table in the courtyard and coffee/water will be available.
8:50 AM: Doors open to Graduation Ceremony
Location: Cafeteria
9:00 AM: Graduation Ceremony
- Dr. Hilton opening remarks
- 4th grade slideshow
- Ceremony: students will go on stage by class and names will be called one at a time
10:00 AM: Parents exit to Sport Court for Clap Out
All Bradfield students and staff will line the halls leading to the Sport Court, where parents will be the last to clap them out.
Quint Adam & Clara Corrigan are our Clap Out Leaders!
Parents/students/teachers may remain on the Sport Court for pictures and good-byes until they leave for the pool party. Students can run home and change for the pool party and then get dropped off at the DCC by their parents.
11:30 AM: Swim Party for 4th Grade Graduates (students only)
Location: Dallas Country Club
Lunch will be served.
There will be parent chaperones and lifeguards on duty.
Please use Mockingbird entrance (pool is on the east side of the main clubhouse).

Additional events the week of Graduation:
- Wed 5/20: Yearbook Signing - the kids will sign yearbooks in their pod
- Thur 5/21: Field Day - 4th graders will enjoy a sweet treat at the end to celebrate their last Field Day!
- Thur 5/21: Decorate Cars - This is optional. We will meet at 5:30PM at the front of Bradfield to shoe polish cars… so, you too can drive around with “MIS Bound” on your windows! Bring your own supplies!
