Carrie Woerner
Childrens Advocacy Centers
Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner sponsored and helped pass a law that protects vulnerable children. The law ensures that private and not for profit CAC's have access to background checks on current and prospective employees. Access to the NYS central register vets employees prior to working with children. The law was passed on 11/22/22.
Jason Golub
Saratoga Commissioner of Public Works
Saratoga has developed a plan to become a SMART city by providing multiple stream, high speed internet connectivity to all its residents. 'Open access architecture' makes it available to multiple service providers and equal opportunity for internet equity gives low-income residents access with reduced rates.
Jim Siplon
President
WCEDC
Building on the legacy of planning and participating in the community in a durable
and sustainable way makes this region a haven for the next generation. Through community consciousness, leveraging ideas, meeting local challenges and a shared vision, we are creating the 'best version of ourselves' as well as the next chapter in an open-ended story.
Rob Davies
Executive Director
Saratoga Plan
Sustainable development has a positive
impact on every community and Saratoga PLAN recognizes the balance between growth and conservation. Working with local community partners, farmers and landowners, they meet the challenges and make the connections to preserve the quality of life and conserve the environment.
Ryan Cummings

A career in public service is a 'calling' and since Dan Stec left the Navy, he continues
to gain skills & take on new challenges. Several issues he is addressing are changes in criminal justice, bail reform, parole rules, gun control laws and their impact on local communities. He believes 'Do the job the right way & work for everybody'.
