This month we focus on the Bladder Meridian. This 10 minute QiGong exercise is meant to restore energy flow to the bladder meridian. Imbalances in the bladder meridian can lead to lack of energy, being inflexible and fearful. Physical signs of imbalance can be headaches, back problems, or urinary problems including excessive urination and incontinence, pain in the eyes, tearing and colds. |
