July 4th comes to Crested Butte in the Midst of the Fire Ban! We are Open for Winter with several new Rentals ! and Please check that July Calendar and Summer Activity Page!

The 4th of July Parade in Crested Butte of course!
AND up at the resort CBMR is offering a BBQ dinner on the lawn with wine and beer, and late lift access - 4:30-7 pm!
They call it the Freedom Package and you have to purchase tix- don't wait they are limited:
Band at the Red Lady Stage:
  • Floodgate Operators (Gunnison Valley Bluegrass) play at 5:30 on Red Lady Stage
  • Headlining performance by Kitchen Dwellers from 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM
Due to a county wide fire ban no fireworks this year!
Amazingly, ALL my properties are open for winter 2018-2019!!

I now have 8 Grand Lodge condos to offer - studios, one and two bedrooms, some petfriendly, some not. Some of the calendars are fairly empty for summer as I just got them. The new ones are Grand Lodge condos 217 223 , and 424 . So don't despair if you want to come to CB in July!
