Vermont Frames 50th Anniversary Celebration

Congratulations to AGC/VT member Vermont Frames on celebrating 50 years in business!

The July 11 open house welcomed employees, families, customers, and the community for a day of food, music, family activities, and a celebration of five decades of craftsmanship.

July 11, 2026 will be remembered as one of those perfect Vermont summer days — the kind where families, friends, and neighbors gather not just to celebrate a milestone, but to celebrate each other. Vermont Frames opened its doors for its 50th Anniversary Celebration, and the turnout was nothing short of extraordinary.

From the moment activities kicked off at 10am, the grounds were buzzing. Kids dove straight into Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and the bounce house, while parents grabbed cold seltzers and water and settled in for a full day of fun. The face painting station, open from 10am to 1pm, never had a quiet moment — bright butterflies, superheroes, and glittery designs filled the yard.

At 11am, the crowd gathered for the live timber‑cutting demo, a nod to the craftsmanship that built Vermont Frames’ reputation over five decades. Laughter, questions, and applause filled the air as guests watched the team demonstrate the skill and precision behind every frame.

Lunch at 12 noon brought everyone together — a long line of smiling faces enjoying food “on us,” as promised. By early afternoon, Marko the Magician had kids wide‑eyed and adults laughing, followed by piñatas and more activities that kept the energy high.

Then came the music. From 2pm to 4pm, Rowan’s performance turned the celebration into a true summer festival. People danced, relaxed, and enjoyed the moment — exactly the kind of community spirit Vermont Frames hoped to inspire.

Throughout the day, both Kevin Moyer and Richard Wobby were quick to praise the incredible turnout.

“Seeing this many families, friends, and longtime supporters here today means the world to us,” said Kevin Moyer. “Fifty years is a milestone you only pass once, and you all made it unforgettable.”

Richard Wobby echoed the sentiment with his trademark enthusiasm.

“This is what Vermont is all about — people showing up, participating, and celebrating together,” Richard shared. “The engagement, the energy, the smiles… you couldn’t ask for a better way to honor 50 years of craftsmanship.”

As the afternoon sun settled over the shop, one thing was clear: Vermont Frames didn’t just celebrate an anniversary — it celebrated a legacy built with community at its core.

With no cover charge, open activities, great food, and a full day of entertainment, the event embodied everything Kevin and the team hoped it would be. And as Richard put it, “If this is what the next fifty years look like, we’re in good shape.”
