A mixed-use development in Humboldt Park at 3831 W Chicago Avenue replaces City-owned property - an empty lot and three-masonry-clad industrial buildings. The project led by 548 Development will create 60 apartments with a grocery store on the ground floor and will feature the most prominent use of solar panels in Chicago.
