Chamber CEO featured in SVBJ article: Prepping for the Big Games
Making Santa Clara the epicenter of activity
According to Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce CEO Harbir Bhatia, its strategic guidance will be to encourage businesses to plan for these events, like organizing watch parties and themed restaurant nights to hosting concerts and promotions, etc.
“The El Camino would be a fantastic food corridor, whether it was Korean, Mexican, Indian, or American food,” she said. “It would be a centralized hub for culinary experiences.
Bhatia believes the large companies, including tech, and immigrant communities can provide another layer of richness to excitement and cultural tapestry of Santa Clara. Silicon Valley and Santa Clara are infused with over 65% multicultural communities and have a great enthusiasm for soccer.
