PBS KIDS APP OF THE DAY!
Help your animal friends return to their homes in this augmented-reality game, which uses a tablet’s camera to combine the real world with digital content. Travel through 5 different environments and apply spatial memory, visualization and modeling skills, while investigating, predicting, putting together and taking apart two- and three-dimensional shapes.
On weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm, GPB TV has modified its programming schedule to support distance learning. All coinciding activities for the week can be found on gpb.org/learn .
In GPB's latest episode of Things Explained, students learn about the purpose of PPE and its importance when treating sick patients.
Use this Cyberchase activity with children to practice counting by ones, fives, and tens as you launch coins with a spoon. Help them understand coin values, group, sort, and count, and count by ones, fives, tens, and twenty-fives. 
In this clip, students learn about ways to reduce electricity usage and help keep the air clean. In the accompanying activity, students complete a worksheet to demonstrate their understanding of ways to reduce electricity use.
Students share their opinions on music and write two critiques of a band playing the “St. Louis Blues,” one from their own point of view and one from that of a music critic. They reflect upon how their point of view influenced their opinion.
