Bruce Sabokrooh, owner of Gyroscope and Sprout, and his co-owners, Ana Bivol & Yours Al, are looking for community support to help them cross the finish line!
This Boston based Greek and Mediterranean inspired eatery is crowdfunding through MGCC’s Biz-M-Power Grant Program to purchase a Dough Bread Molder to help them make fresh pitas, and a Vertical Refrigerator with a Display Case to allow customers to choose ingredients.
"Throughout the years, we have donated healthy meals to many student organizations, held live events in our restaurant without a venue charge and have held multiple fundraisers where a percentage of our proceeds are donated to various student activity/sports groups. We love and appreciate our customers."
