Many of us get so caught up in day-to-day 'living' that we lose sight of who we are and how we really want to show up in all areas of our lives. We go numb in the "doing," and lose the verve and the courage to pursue our dreams, our goals, to feel joy or simply live a fulfilled life. In this one day workshop, you will understand and experience what it means to dare greatly, step into the arena and create the life  you want!

Space is Limited to 11 for this workshop.  Select the link below for more information and registration details!

"Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen."

~Dr. Bren´┐Ż Brown

Happy New Year! It is the time of year when we focus on what we want to achieve in the upcoming year. We usually start out writing grand declarations that sound amazing on paper and worthy of Hallmark cards. By February, they are a distant memory or a nagging pendant of defeat that we wear around our necks. I know. I've done it. How about we try a fresh approach and start the year with inquiry, good questions that spark something more than a fleeting declaration. Let's work on something that really matters and changes our lives in significant ways.  Something that at the end of 2015 makes you say...I can't believe this amazing thing has happened to me.  Let's ignite inspiration which has a far better chance of taking hold than a resolution.

Start with a theme that can lay the foundation or back drop for the year. My theme for 2015 is courage. I am selecting courage because it is powerful, accessible and will inspire me to take action even when I am scared and fighting against the tide of 'not enough'. Now select your theme. Make sure it has true meaning and some teeth. Select it because it makes your stomach tighten but in a good way.  Once you select your theme apply these 5 questions to it or make up your own but make sure they cause a stir. WRITE down your answers somewhere where you can see them every day to inspire you (not mock you):

  1. What does your theme mean to you? Define it in detail and state why you selected it.
  2. How do you need to BE and show up to personify your theme? Example: What can I do to be more courageous (fill in your word) in this moment?
  3. What new skills do I need?
  4. What do I need to let go of that is blocking me?
  5. How will I celebrate when I am successful?  What will celebration look like?

Answer the questions and plan actions to move forward - take small steps if large ones are daunting.  If additional questions pop up as a result of an answer or something surprises you, follow the trail and see where it goes.   Enjoy the discovery.  Be okay with not knowing as you move forward.

I wish you a Happy New Year filled with many courageous things!  Replace empty resolutions with questions and possibility...invite creativity and discovery.  I hope you choose to wake up each day in inquiry and looking for ways to live inspired, with meaning and connected to who you want to be!
