Jeanie Ritchie Grant Highlight

Did you know that MPAEF’s Jeanie Ritchie Grant for Innovation funded 26 programs across all 5 school sites for the 2019-20 school year? This unique program provided $39,000 in funding for teachers to test out a new idea in their classroom.

One grant highlight: “The Music & Movement of Argentina” at Laurel's Lower Campus. Students learned about the history and significance of "the Argentine Tango" through music and movement - all in Spanish. Great job, Maestra Harrison!
