In my experience, these are at the top of my list for increasing productivity, creativity and well-being.
1.  Carve out a minimum of 1 hour a day to exercise your creative muscle.  

Make this at the same time each day.  Show up and start somewhere!

2.  Read aloud your affirmations daily.  

These should include positive self image mantras as well as goals.  

How would your superhero self spend the day?
3.  Get out and exercise!  

It greatly increases flow, positivity, a sense of invincibility.  

Nothing is better for creativity.
4.  Drink  your favorite caffeinated drink...coffee or green tea.  

No sugar though.  And yes, I'm serious.

This gives you energy, and makes it feel like all is right with the world again.
5.  Open yourself up to inspiration by watching/trying new things.
