The Friends of the Aiken Library have a lot to be thankful for!
The 2019 Friends Annual Book Sale
set all kinds of new records.
Almost 3000 books were donated.
25 volunteers supported the sale.
Proceeds of $4,894 from the sale were double that of the previous record.
And we racked up $930 in new memberships.
Co Chairs Loretta Beckner and Bill Reynolds thank all the volunteers and library staff for their hard work in making the sale such a great success.
