Yoga is a great way to build strength, balance, focus, and flexibility - as well as improve your golf game.

In this workshop you will learn how to avoid the popular complaint of lower back pain from the repeated spinal rotation from the golf swing. Learn to focus your mind, which allows you to be in the moment on and off the course.

While this class is geared toward golfers, anyone who signs up will benefit.
