NIRMA is preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary this July at the annual symposium at the Hotel Contessa in San Antonio! Our Anniversary Committee is in place and is hard at work making this historic event both memorable and impactful. With an eye on the future, we will also celebrate our heritage with special exhibits and leadership that helped build the NIRMA organization. This will be a very special event.

We are writing to ask you as a valued business partner or member to consider becoming a primary business sponsor for this historic event.

The following sponsorship opportunities are available:



• The Welcome Reception, our biggest event, will be held Monday evening, July 27, 2026. There will be a sit-down dinner, bar, and entertainment, which includes dancing.
• Exhibitor Reception on Tuesday evening, July 28, 2026, is our second main event of the symposium. The Exhibitor Reception showcases vendors at their booths, food tables, refreshments, and exciting activities for our members.

Each sponsor will receive:

• A slide promoting your company as a sponsor / co-sponsor that will be projected each day between each session.
• Your company name will be featured in the program as the sponsor / co-sponsor of the day’s event.
• We will recognize each company each morning during the opening remarks by our president.
