This is the final reminder regarding regular registration for our upcoming regional conference. Regular registration ends TODAY! You have a few hours left to take advantage of the regular registration rate for our upcoming 50^th Gulf Coast Regional Conference. The conference will be held April 11-14, 2024, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Please be sure to observe and meet the following registration rates and deadlines detailed below.

Registration Information

The 2024 Gulf Coast Regional Registration Link is available on the website at www.pbsgulfcoastregion.org. There will be no on-site registration.

• Regular Registration: Alumni: $300 | Collegiate: $175 | Guests (non-Sigma): $175
• Regular Registration Ends: Sunday, March 3, 2024
• Late Registration:  Alumni: $325 | Collegiate: $175 | Guests (non-Sigma): $175
• Late Registration Ends: Sunday, March 17, 2024

NOTE: Registration Refund Request Deadline – Sunday, March 17, 2024

Hotel Information

·        Le Meridien New Orleans – 333 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

·        $199.00 per night alumni rate

·        $99.00 per night collegiate rate

Register with the hotel after registering for the Regional Conference

Please note that the Region will check to ensure that the alumni and collegiates hotel rates are being honored based on your registration.
