In honour of Seniors' Month, you are invited to try some free fitness classes in June.
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only 20 spots in each class and you must be 55+.

Residents 55+ are invited to join this new garden program. Participants will receive a garden plot to plant and care for the season and have opportunity to attend various gardening workshops. In October, as we wrap up for the season, participants will to learn how to harvest what they have grown, and how to prepare meals with a dietitian and chef.
