The Festival takes place with the support of the Penn State Alumni Association, the largest dues -paying college alumni association in the nation, with over 170,000 members. Loyal Penn State alumni and students--along with folks who wish they were!--return to "Happy Valley" to enjoy the sights and sounds of the "Arts Fest", a quintessential part of the Penn State experience. Penn State alums are frequently artists' best customers and love to show off their Festival purchases to other Penn Staters.
