This program will provide a view into the use of Online Dispute Resolution, for both mediators and litigators, and will explore how to make the best use of mediation for attorneys and their clients. Administrative Judge Norman St. George and Nassau County Courts ADR Coordinator, Yvonne Marin, will join the program panel to discuss the status, and importance, of ADR in the Nassau County Courts as we reopen.
