Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Applications
Three “Class A” Residential Directors Board seats and Two “Class B” Commercial Director Board seats will become available on January 1st, 2022. Click here to view all application forms, important dates, and additional information on the Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Elections.
Sea Pines CSA Administration, Community Center, Maintenance Office & Sea Pines ARB Office Holiday Hours
  • Closing at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 2nd
  • Closed on Monday, July 5th
  • Resume normal office hours Tuesday, July 6th 
 
All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Holiday Weekend Safety Reminders
  • The use of personal fireworks and paper lanterns in Sea Pines is strictly prohibited and enforced. To report any issues with fireworks within the community, please contact Sea Pines Security by phone at (843) 671-7170.

  • Only use designated parking spaces when parking at Tower Beach. Do not block roadways for Emergency Vehicle access.

  • Remove the opportunity for theft by securing your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) and remove personal belongings from plain view when leaving vehicles unattended.

Land Use Rules and Regulations Become Effective Thursday, July 1, 2021
The purpose of these Land Use Rules and Regulations is to promote aesthetic excellence of all Residential Property within Sea Pines, to encourage mutual respect among all Residential Property Owners and Tenants, and to foster standards that will maintain Sea Pines as the premier community on Hilton Head Island.

Worn or damaged mailbox? The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department installs replacement mailboxes for Sea Pines property owners for a nominal break-even fee. To make an online request, please click here. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order confirmation and estimated replacement timeframe.

Sea Pines CSA is teaming up with the American Red Cross to urge donors of all blood types to donate blood with us on Thursday, July 8th. Currently, the American Red Cross has 1/2 a day of O Type blood and just a few days of A and B Type blood. ALL BLOOD TYPES ARE NEEDED! Help us save lives!

Save the Date for the Community Yard Sale! This year's event will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, with a rain date of Saturday, October 9th, 2021. Proceeds from site reservations will benefit The Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Information regarding site reservations will be sent out to the community in August.
