The ROTY program involves the selection of a MJAR REALTOR® member who has contributed the most to the advancement of their community and the REALTOR® organization at all three levels (local, state, and national) and who has had significant involvement in civic and charitable activities. The award recipient will be determined by the MJAR REALTOR® of the Year Task Force and submitted by MJAR to New Jersey REALTORS® for consideration for the state REALTOR® of the Year Award. New Guidance for Written Buyer Agreements from NAR
NAR has developed a new guide on written buyer agreements to support you as you prepare for and adapt to the upcoming practice changes following NAR's settlement agreement. Beginning August 17, a buyer representative working with a buyer will be required to enter into a written agreement with the buyer prior to touring a home, including both in-person and live virtual tours. The guide for developing these agreements is available at facts.realtor, and a PDF version can be downloaded here.

Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® now has a Supra reciprocity agreement in place with the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®, which includes the following counties in Pennsylvania:
- Lehigh County
- Northampton County
- Carbon County
