May is here, and you know what that means - it's Mental Health Awareness Month!

At our school, we're already pros at prioritizing mental wellness, thanks to all the amazing activities we've been doing throughout the year. From mindfulness exercises to stress-reducing workshops, we've got a green ribbon of support wrapped around our entire community.

Let's keep the momentum going by continuing to break down stigmas and build each other up. After all, mental health is just as important as physical health, and we're lucky to have such a supportive community.

So, let's wear our green ribbons with pride and show the world what it means to prioritize mental wellness.
