Sixth Grade Students and Parents,
We are excited about Jterm 2026! Sixth-grade students will have three days together visiting museums and serving together. Here is our schedule as you plan ahead.
Tuesday, January 6: Cleveland Science Center
- Normal drop-off time. Please arrive at CVCA between 7:15 and 7:50 a.m.
- Students should wear CVCA uniform bottoms and spirit wear tops.
- Students should pack a disposable lunch.
- Students can bring spending money if they want – optional!
- We will return to CVCA between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m. (traffic pending)
Wednesday, January 7: Cleveland Art Museum and Cleveland Aquarium

- Students should wear uniform bottoms, athletic shoes, and spirit wear tops.
- Students should pack a disposable lunch.
- Students can bring spending money if they want – optional.
- Students will arrive back at school in time for the regular 2:50 p.m. dismissal.
Thursday, January 8: Service Project Day Part 2 (various locations)

- Students should wear athletic shoes/bottoms and spirit wear tops.
- Students should pack a disposable lunch.
- Students will arrive back at school in time for the regular 2:50 p.m. dismissal.
Sixth-grade students do not need to report to school on Monday, January 5 and Friday, January 9. These will be days off for 6th-grade students.
Parents, we will also need some chaperones during these days. Please reach out to Brianna Jones (bjones@cvcaroyals.org) if you are interested. We’ll need about 6-12 parents to join us. Parent chaperones will need to arrive at the Welcome Center by 8:00 a.m. during Jterm and must be fingerprinted during this current school year. The fingerprinting form can be found below.
