1. Application Logs

Application Logs are due to AHFA via email by 5 pm CDT, Friday, July 14, 2023.

2. Application Intake

2023 Competitive Applications are due to AHFA by 5 pm CDT, Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

2023 Competitive Applications may be submitted via overnight delivery or hand delivery to the following address:

For hand delivery please call 334-244-9200 at time of arrival at the AHFA parking area. Please let AHFA know you are delivering a multifamily application. A member of the multifamily staff will meet you at the outer door of the building to receive the application. Please do not enter the building. Application receipts will be delivered to applicants via email by the next business day.

All 2023 Competitive Applications are due to AHFA by 5 pm CDT, Tuesday, July 18, 2023, with no exception to the delivery type.

3. AHFA 2023 Tiebreaker Number 11.

A drawing will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, to determine the order of awards in the event that Tiebreaker Number 11 is reached. An impartial person will be selected to draw. The drawing will not be open to the public. The results will be posted on AHFA’s website at the conclusion of the drawing.
