Message from President
Carrie Pavis

As I begin to write my first e-blast, I am reminded again  about the love and support from all of my fellow Soroptimists.

I would like to thank all of you who came to my Installation  and who have been so supportive in this adventure I am about  to embark on.

I look forward to working with all of you as we continue  to support our Camp Fire Senior Women, and also work to  Support Senior Girls and give them the support and guidance  that we are known for.

This is my motto, Steps Toward Success for Seniors

I hope to see all of you at La Comida on Wednesday, July 3rd at 12:00.

Stay safe and enjoy our Independence Day

Soroptimist International of Chico
President, 2019-2020

Join us at our summer lunches.

Save the date for our Summer BBQ, August 24th at TJ Farms.  Invitations will be sent out August 12th - watch for it in your email.
Women's Microfinance Collaborative (WMC)

SI Chico supports this organization with yearly donations.

We have annual meetings to keep donors both informed and enthused about our microfinance activities.  Please join us on July 9 and renew your commitment to this important work.  Aron Rosenthal is making a special trip to Chico to talk to us about the Microcredit Plus programs that make Friendship Bridge such an effective partner in our microfinance endeavor.

Wine Time has graciously donated their private meeting space for our group.  You are not required to make a purchase to attend the meeting but wine and beverages, small plates, or dinner will be available for purchase.
