Messages from CSA Security

Amazon Deliveries

Currently, under the Sea Pines Gate Entry Policy, marked Amazon delivery service vehicles (example pictured here) are permitted free access into the Sea Pines Community.

CSA has recently received complaints that owners were not receiving their Amazon package deliveries, as the drivers attempting to deliver the Amazon packages were in their personal vehicles with no identification that they were official Amazon carriers.

CSA will continue to allow marked Amazon delivery service vehicles free access into the Sea Pines Community. Vehicles that are not marked as Amazon Delivery vehicles must purchase the $10 commercial vehicle pass if attempting to deliver a package into Sea Pines.

Tower Beach Reminders

Access to Tower Beach is limited to Sea Pines Property Owners and their accompanied guests. To access Tower Beach by vehicle, property owners must have their property owner ID card or their property owner vehicle with a valid Sea Pines property owner decal. During the summer season a Sea Pines security guard will staff the gate and property owners will be required to show their property owner ID card.

Please do not allow anyone to use your owner ID to gain entry into Tower Beach parking area. The officer on duty is instructed to take possession of the ID card of anyone not matching the photo ID on the card.

Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Updates

Beach Boardwalk Repairs Underway

Work is underway to repair eleven (11) boardwalks owned by CSA, that sustained storm-damage from Hurricane Matthew.
Boardwalks #22, #23, #24 and #29 and #31 are complete and open for use.
Our contractor will begin #33A July 8th, weather permitting. This boardwalk will be closed during construction; property owners can use boardwalk #32.
Hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Flower Change Out In Process

CSA Maintenance is conducting our flower bed change outs through July 12, weather permitting.

This will be a gradual process, beginning at the gates then working through the community. Flowers will become available to property owners on a first come, first serve basis.

Flower Pick Up Location: CSA Maintenance Building located at 4 Lawton Canal Road (see map provided).

Watch for the Salute

Head down to the beach for Salute from the Shore this Independence Day! Vintage Military Aircraft and F-16s from South Carolina Air National Guard’s 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base will do flyovers across our beaches in the Carolinas.

Check the schedule below for approximate flyover time for Hilton Head Island.
