The Deadline to Submit Your Nomination Form is Quickly Approaching!

Submit Your Nomination Form for the MJAR 2024 REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY) by Monday, July 15

The ROTY program involves selecting an MJAR REALTOR® member who has contributed the most to the advancement of their community and the REALTOR® organization at all three levels (local, state, and national) and who has been significantly involved in civic and charitable activities. The award recipient will be determined by the MJAR REALTOR® of the Year Task Force and submitted by MJAR to New Jersey REALTORS® for consideration for the state REALTOR® of the Year Award. Submit your nomination form to MJAR Communications Manager Ester Rodriguez at Ester@MidJerseyAOR.com.

MJAR is accepting applications for 2025 Board of Director positions. Candidates must have a current MJAR membership. The three year term runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027. If you’re interested in serving your fellow members and MJAR in a volunteer leadership role beginning January 1, 2025, submit the completed application form by August 1, 2024.

New Supra Reciprocity


Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® now has a Supra reciprocity agreement in place with the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®, which includes the following counties in Pennsylvania: 

  • Lehigh County
  • Northampton County
  • Carbon County


An agent or broker, must be licensed in PA to receive access and the key must have been issued by Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS®.


To activate the reciprocity with Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®, email Jerri McClendon at Jerrlynn@MidJerseyAOR.com, and provide your serial number, PIN, and that your key is from Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS®.

 

NOTE: We also have a number of other reciprocities where you can get access with your Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® Supra eKey without paying for an additional key. Find more information about MJAR's Supra eKeys on our website here.

 
 

Submit Your Code of Ethics Certificate of Completion If you have completed your ethics course for this CE cycle, please submit your certificate of completion to info@MidJerseyAOR.com so MJAR can update your record with the National Association of REALTORS® to reflect your completion of the triennial Code of Ethics requirement.

Current Cycle for Code of Ethics Training:

January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024


REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. Note: NAR Code of Ethics training cycles run on a triennial basis.
