2019 Board of Directors Election Information
Application Deadline: Thursday, August 1, 2019
Important deadline tomorrow-
Board Application Forms Due by August 1, 2019
Nomination by Petition Forms due by October 1, 2019

Sea Pines possesses many individuals with talent and impressive backgrounds and we are looking for those who are interested in serving the community.

The following positions are available commencing on January 1st, 2020 to serve on the CSA and ASPPPO Boards.

  • Three "Class A" Residential Directors - Community Services Associates (CSA) Board

  • Three Directors - Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners (ASPPPO) Board

Architectural Review Board Open Positions For 2020
The Sea Pines Architectural Review Board has two Board openings beginning January 1, 2020. Deadline to submit an application is August 1, 2019.

  • (1) full position Architectural Review Board Member
  • Appointed by the CSA Board of Directors 
  • Serve a 3 year term. 

  • (1) alternate ARB Position Board Member
  • Appointed by the CSA/ASPPPO Board of Directors
  • Serves a 1 year term

Maintenance Updates
Sea Pines Drive roadside work

  • On Thursday, August 1, CSA Maintenance Department will be doing work along the side of Sea Pines Drive in proximity to Beach Lagoon Rd.
  • There will not be lane closures, however, cones will be placed to help divert traffic, which may cause slight delays.
  • Please use caution in this area; don't put our employees in danger.
