Reminder for WV Appraisers

The 7-hour National USPAP course must be taken prior to license renewal in the release year. For the current cycle, the 7-Hour National USPAP course must be completed prior to September 30, 2024.

WV Education - Definitions & Rules

7-Hr. USPAP Compliance Rule Change in Kentucky

The KREAB now requires that license holders complete new releases of 7hr USPAP between January 1 and May 30 of the license renewal year. Therefore, to help appraisers remain in compliance, we will be offering 7hr USPAP after January 1, 2024. More information and class dates will follow soon.
