Here are some essential items to consider packing for your conference:

• Business cards: A quick and easy way to exchange contact information with other attendees. Be sure to bring enough cards to last throughout the conference.
• Notebook and pen: Taking notes during presentations or workshops can help you retain valuable information and ideas. Bring a notebook to ensure you don't miss anything important.
• Comfortable shoes: You will have 2 busy days of moving around the conference, so plan for your own comfort to make the best of your experience.
• Questions and a Plan: Be sure to review the program in advance and come ready with your learning plan. Be ready to ask questions and meet new people. Most sessions will have a question & answer opportunity following the speaker's presentation. Don't forget to make the Exhibit Hall part of your plan! The exhibits offer a rare opportunity to see all the products and services available in one place and learn about them directly from the experts who can answer your questions.
• Swimsuit: Did you sign up for an Aqua Lymphatic Therapy Workshop? Don't forget to pack your swimsuit and pool shoes! If you are not staying at the hotel, there is a place to change as well as a coat check available to store any of your items while you attend other presentations and workshops.
• Yoga Mat: Did you sign up for Yin Yoga? You may bring your own yoga mat and supplies, however, a simple yoga mat will be provided if you don't bring your own. Please consider dressing comfortably for this body movement workshop.
