Where: Kansas Star Event Center - Mulvane, KS
Number of exhibiting companies: 80+
Number of attendees expected: 300-325 attendees include but not limited to: primary decision makers, CEOs, CFOs, DONs, Board Members, Purchasing Managers. A pre-registered attendee list will be e-mailed two weeks prior to event and a final attendee list will be e-mailed within one week after convention.
Vendor Move In:
Wednesday, September 25th 1:30PM – 5:00PM. THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. The trade show will share a space with the opening general session in the arena on Thursday morning. This is why all booths MUST be setup the evening of the 26th.
Wednesday evening hospitality event:
Wednesday, September 25th 6PM- 8PM
All vendors and attendees are welcome to join us for networking, hors d’voeuvres and drinks.
Trade Show Hours:
Thursday, September 26th 10:40AM – 1:30PM.
Attendees will move from the opening general session straight to the trade show. There will not be any competing time with the trade show hours. Lunch will be provided.
