No matter your current opinion, the Gowanus Neighborhood Coalition for Justice has set out thoughtful priorities which are largely aligned with those of the board often repeated to DCP . Such as demanding 100% affordable housing on city-owned sites, net-zero CSO’s s, significant improvements and protections for NYCHA and the IBZ.

Resolving these issues is key to creating a Gowanus that people can “Live, Work and Play” in. Of course, as a formal advisor to our City Government, our final position will be expressed in response to the upcoming ULURP .
