We are pleased to announce that the Rockville Arts Festival (formerly A-RTS at Rockville Town Square) is now being produced by VisArts and sponsored by the City of Rockville an d Federal Investment Realty Trust. Robin Markowitz, who has been with the festival since its inception and served as director of the Bethesda Row Arts Festival for the past ten years, will remain as Festival Director. The show layout and quality of artists will continue as in previous years. What is new and exciting is that the Festival will now add a feature to showcase many of the cultural and artistic organizations that enrich the character of the City of Rockville.
