Responsibilities
This position is responsible to support customers/producers by providing professional helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints
As a front line of support between our company and its current and potential customers/producers, accept ownership for accurately processing requests and solving customer/producer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers/producers by taking the extra mile
Assist customers/producers professionally and respectfully with each inquiry while providing a complete and helpful response
Assist customers/producers with changes to a policy, the acceptability within the program's underwriting guidelines including any changes in the policy's premium
