Updates and Announcements

Book Club is Back!

Our Fall Book is Belonging: The Science of Creating Connection and Bridging Divides, by Dr. Geoffrey Cohen, a professor at Stanford University.

Our Head of School Dr. Daisy Pellant has six copies to share or you can purchase your copy from Amazon or an independent bookseller near you! Email Daisy if you want to be included in the Fall Book Club. 

The Book Club Meeting to discuss the book will be on Friday, November 8 at Kikar Coffee.

Parents of the Classes of 2026 & 2027 - we need YOU! 

We need one more Class Representative for each class to join the Kehillah Parent Association (KPA) team for this year. The KPA will meet monthly (with a virtual option). Contact kehillah@kpa.org with your interest or questions.

Vehicle Stickers & Gates

Thank you for your patience as we complete this final phase of the gates project! We expect they will be operating by Thanksgiving. As we get closer to completion, we will provide you with more details regarding procedures for entering and exiting.

Vehicle Window Clings

For people who have already registered vehicle(s), Elaine has your window clings at the front desk. Please have your student pick them up or park and come into the building to retrieve yours.

• Please read the instructions on the envelope. 
• Be sure the window clings go on the correct car, in the lower left-hand corner (driver’s side) of the front windshield.
• For those of you who haven’t registered, please complete the Kehillah Access & Vehicle Registration form for all vehicles in your family. Once you have registered, it will take approximately one week for the sticker to be ready.

Please reach out to our Dean of Academic Technology RM Pellant with any questions. And remember, when coming to campus, slow down and pay attention to your surroundings.

Students, Faculty, Board Members, and Parent Ambassadors, get ready to smile for School Pictures. All student proofs will go to the parent/guardian email on file. Remember to select your image by the deadline or else Still Light will choose for you.

Seniors! Still Light Photography will email a sign-up sheet for the Senior portrait session. 

Friday, August 30 is the only day to have both sittings. Be sure to sign up! The Senior Portrait session includes two sittings: 

• Formal sitting with tuxedo or drape: Tux and drape is provided. 
• For the tux, bring or wear a white t-shirt. If you own a tux, bring it with the jacket on a hanger. 
• For the drape we recommend wearing a spaghetti strap top or tube top. 
• Casual sitting: Bring or wear your casual outfit.
