The New England Ballroom Collective

Boston's House and Ball scene consists of a dynamic group of individuals who are students, youth workers, health care providers and activists by day and Runway Walkers by night. Historically, Balls are organized by members of local chapter Houses, but in 2009, BAGLY and The New England Ballroom Collective (NEBC) united multiple Houses to be represented by one organized collective.  The New England Houses that participate in the NEBC often collaborate to ensure that LGBTQ Youth of Color feel supported and valued, by organizing multiple events throughout the year.
