February, 2021
Our goal for 2021 is to focus much of our mission – our programming, our events, our services -- on helping you navigate through and rebound from this crisis.

And oh. my. goodness. Do we have a spring lineup for you that will help you survive, revive and thrive! Did you know WCPE members receive 50% most workshops, and other events are free to members? Individual and organizational memberships are affordable and value-packed!
April 20 Online Workshop

Customer service expert, Dr. Bryan K. Williams, DM of B. Williams Enterprise LLC (and formerly of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company) will lead this workshop. Bryan is one of our most popular speakers. We expect this workshop to sell out!

For many organizations, the last 10 months have been about just holding things together — navigating challenges, managing cash flow, and keeping your enterprise afloat. But most of us see an emerging light at the end of this tunnel and are now eager to start growing again. That, of course, means (re)focusing on customers, (re)building relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Bryan's energizing workshop focuses on proven concepts and techniques to provide exceptional service to your workforce and your customers, both internal and external.

Advancing Your Understanding to Further Identify & Mitigate UNCONSCIOUS BIAS
Feb 24th Online Workshop
Advancing Your Understanding to Further Identify & Mitigate UNCONSCIOUS BIAS will be facilitated by Dr. Sandra Ogunremi, Manager of Spiritual Care Services, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Monument Health in Rapid City, SD

Over the last year, we’ve all be made aware (or powerfully reminded) of the importance of diversity, inclusion, and racial equity within our organizations and their communities. The imperative is clear: racial inequity sub-optimizes organizational performance and negatively impacts societal outcomes — not only for people of color, but for everyone. But we all have different backgrounds and different world views that shape how we think, what we believe, and how we behave and make decisions. Better understanding these unconscious biases helps us to make better decisions and be more inclusive.
