✔ Deep Clean & Refresh – Schedule a full interior cleaning, including carpets, windows, upholstery, bathroom ceilings, baseboards, helps create a fresh and welcoming environment. SCHEDULE WEEKLY CHANGE OVER CLEANS

✔ Outdoor Spaces – Clean and stage decks/patios, power wash, set up furniture, check grill and fill propane tanks

✔ Maintenance Check – Service HVAC, inspect plumbing, test appliances, replace air filters, check for any repairs

✔ Kitchen Essentials – Inventory cookware, utensils, glassware, and small appliances; replace worn items

✔ Keys & Codes- update codes with our office and have a lockbox with spare key located on the property in case of an emergency.

✔ Technology & WiFi – Test internet speed, TVs, streaming access, and smart locks. Please confirm that your WiFi network name and password are current.

✔ Safety Items – Check smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and outdoor lighting and make sure your property is fire bureau certified.

✔ Photos & Marketing – Consider updated photos if you’ve made improvements to keep your listing competitive
