Company updates from 8-koi :: winter 2025

As we ease into the Year of the Snake, we welcome this opportunity to reflect on renewal, transformation and growth.

In many cultures, the snake symbolizes adaptability—shedding its skin to embrace new beginnings. This serves as a powerful reminder that evolution is essential not only in nature but also in business.

At 8-koi, we are embracing change with a fresh look - including new colors, a redesigned logo and a renewed vision. These changes represent our ongoing commitment to innovation, excellence and redeclares our ongoing pursuit to our core values: passion, excellence, dependability and thoughtfulness.

Our dedication to our core values is the purpose that drives our success across all our divisions in design engineering, construction and technical services.

Inspired by Patrick Lencioni’s The Advantage, we recognize that a thriving organization is built on alignment, teamwork and a shared mission. As we navigate this year of change, I encourage you to reflect on how transformation can inspire you:

  • How can you embrace change and adapt with resilience?
  • How can you bring thoughtful solutions to the challenges ahead?
  • How can you continue to deliver exceptional service with dependability and care?

Each of us is empowered to create a positive impact through small actions and daily choices. What changes will you make?

Thank you for your dedication and partnership as we move forward together. Wishing you and your families a joyful and prosperous 2025.

Warm regards,

Inga
